Dry Cauliflower 65 is a delectable and healthy snack that transforms cauliflower florets into a crispy, spiced delight. Coated in a flavorful mix of spices and baked to perfection, this dish makes for a great snack or side dish that’s both satisfying and nutritious.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams cauliflower florets
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Sprinkle rice flour over the cauliflower and mix again to ensure an even coating.
- Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat. Drizzle or brush with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy, turning once halfway through for even cooking.
- Allow the cauliflower to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a crunchy, healthy snack or side dish.
