Egg whites Bhurji

Ingredients

  • 10 grams mushrooms
  • 10 grams broccoli
  • 10 grams spinach
  • 1 egg white
  • Seasoning as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 green chili

Method:

  • Take half a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and cook some mushrooms and broccoli till they change their color
  • Take a separate bowl and take your egg white and mix all the seasoning and pour your mixture on the vegetable pan
  • Add some spinach on top so that it’s a bit crunchy. Mix all of it together and it will be in form of scrambled egg or Bhurji
  • Serve this with wholemeal bread.
