Egg whites Bhurji

Ingredients
- 10 grams mushrooms
- 10 grams broccoli
- 10 grams spinach
- 1 egg white
- Seasoning as per taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 green chili

Method:
- Take half a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and cook some mushrooms and broccoli till they change their color
- Take a separate bowl and take your egg white and mix all the seasoning and pour your mixture on the vegetable pan
- Add some spinach on top so that it’s a bit crunchy. Mix all of it together and it will be in form of scrambled egg or Bhurji
- Serve this with wholemeal bread.
