Falsa Sherbet

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams falsa (Indian Grewia berries)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 500 ml chilled water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves
Procedure:
- Wash the falsa berries thoroughly and mash them to extract the juice. You can use a blender and then strain the pulp through a sieve.
- In a large bowl, add the falsa juice, sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Gradually add chilled water to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Pour the falsa sherbet into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and garnish with mint leaves.
