Flaxseed Garlicky Dip

Flaxseed Garlicky Dip is a creamy, nutrient-packed dip that brings together the earthy flavors of flaxseed with the bold kick of garlic. Perfect for pairing with veggies or as a healthy spread, this dip is easy to prepare and full of wholesome ingredients.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 30 grams flaxseed powder
- 80 grams Greek yogurt or thick curd
- 2-3 grated garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and flaxseed powder. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
- Add the grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavors.
- If the dip is too thick, add a small amount of water to reach your desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh coriander if desired. Serve chilled with vegetable sticks, whole-grain crackers, or as a spread on sandwiches.
