Fro-Yo Bites

Fro-Yo Bites are a delightful and refreshing snack made with creamy Greek yogurt, mixed berries, crunchy granola, and chia seeds, all frozen into bite-sized treats. These bites offer a perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and crunchy textures, making them an ideal summer snack or dessert.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 50 grams mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt,  and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into small silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each section halfway.
  • Sprinkle chopped berries, granola, and chia seeds over the yogurt.
  • Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until the bites are completely frozen.
    Pop the Fru-Yo Bites out of the moulds and enjoy immediately for a refreshing, healthy snack.
