Garlic Wheat Bread

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams whole wheat flour
- 100 grams plain yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Water
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, salt, and optional dried herbs.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and olive oil. Gradually mix the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Add water a tablespoon at a time if the dough is too dry.
- Fold in the minced garlic until evenly distributed in the dough.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
