Greek Feta Dip

This Greek Feta Dip is a creamy and tangy delight that brings the flavors of the Mediterranean right to your table. With its rich feta cheese and smooth yogurt base, it offers a perfect balance of flavors that is both satisfying and refreshing. Ideal as an appetizer or a snack, this dip pairs wonderfully with fresh vegetables, pita chips, or as a topping for grilled meats and salads.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams crumbled feta cheese
- 50 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency by adding a little more yogurt or olive oil if desired.
- Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more lemon juice for tanginess or more pepper to enhance the flavor.
