Ingredients:
- 150 grams chopped romaine lettuce
- 100 grams sliced cucumber
- 100 grams halved green grapes
- 50 grams diced avocado
- 50 grams chopped celery
- 30 grams sliced green bell pepper
- 20 grams chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Procedure:
