A heathy retreat in the mornings turns out to be energy boosting. This refreshing green tea smoothie made with spinach, almond milk, and matcha powder is super vibrate, loaded with protein, vitamins and antioxidants and accounts for low calorie food.

- 20 grams Spinach
- 20 ml coconut milk
- 10 grams avocado
- 1 teaspoon green tea power
