Ingredients:
- 100 grams torn mixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce)
- 120 grams peeled and segmented grapefruit
- 50 grams thinly sliced cucumber
- 30 grams sliced avocado
- 10 grams chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Procedure:
