Hara Bhara Chicken Kebab

Hara Bhara Chicken Kebab is a vibrant and flavorful dish that combines the tender goodness of chicken with nutrient-rich greens like spinach and peas. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 30 grams blanched and chopped spinach leaves
  • 30 grams boiled and mashed green peas
  • 1 small finely chopped green chili
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Lemon wedges and mint chutney for serving

Procedure:

  • Boil the chicken breast until cooked through. Once cooled, shred the chicken into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blanched spinach, mashed green peas, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and gram flour.
  • Mix well to form a uniform mixture. If the mixture is too wet, you can add a little more gram flour to bind it.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into kebabs or patties.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the kebabs on the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
