For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams boneless chicken breast
- 30 grams blanched and chopped spinach leaves
- 30 grams boiled and mashed green peas
- 1 small finely chopped green chili
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Lemon wedges and mint chutney for serving
Procedure:
- Boil the chicken breast until cooked through. Once cooled, shred the chicken into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blanched spinach, mashed green peas, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and gram flour.
- Mix well to form a uniform mixture. If the mixture is too wet, you can add a little more gram flour to bind it.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into kebabs or patties.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the kebabs on the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the Hara Bhara Chicken Kebabs hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
