For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 60 grams Jamun
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 10 grams sliced almonds, sliced
  • 10 grams chopped walnuts

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, combine the deseeded Jamun, frozen banana slices, almond milk, Greek yogurt and chia seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl with sliced almonds, chopped walnut or add fresh fruits like strawberries, kiwi, or blueberries as additional toppings.
