Kale Beetroot Smoothie

The Kale Beetroot Smoothie is a nutrient-dense drink that combines the earthy flavors of beetroot with the refreshing taste of kale and the sweetness of banana. It’s a vibrant, energizing smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams kale leaves
  • 100 grams peeled and chopped beetroot
  • 1 sliced banana (approximately 100 grams)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  • In a blender, combine the kale leaves, chopped beetroot, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, and honey.
  • If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
