The Mango Hazelnut Salad is a vibrant and refreshing dish that brings together the sweetness of ripe mangoes and the crunch of toasted hazelnuts. Perfect as a light lunch or a side dish, this salad is not only visually appealing but also packed with flavor and nutrients.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe diced mango (approximately 200 grams)
- 50 grams toasted and roughly chopped hazelnuts
- 50 grams mixed salad greens (such as spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- 30 grams crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, diced mango, and chopped hazelnuts. Add the crumbled feta cheese.
