Mango Pine Popsicles

Mango Pine Popsicles are a naturally sweetened tropical treat, combining the juicy sweetness of mango and the refreshing tartness of pineapple. These vibrant popsicles are a great way to enjoy a nutritious dessert without added sugar.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams peeled and diced mango
  • 100 grams peeled and diced pineapple
  • 50 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Procedure:

  1. Place mango, pineapple, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  3. To easily release the popsicles, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds before pulling them out.
