Mango Popsicle

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 150 ml coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the chopped mango, coconut water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds to the mango mixture, allowing them to distribute evenly.
- Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- If your molds have a cover, place it on. Otherwise, insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out. Enjoy your refreshing mango popsicles!
