Ingredients:
- 10 grams cornflour (Makki ka atta)
- 10 oats flour
- 2-3 green chilies or jalapenos (chopped)
- 20 grams onion
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 whole egg
- 10 grams curd
- 20 grams corns
- Salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method:
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease the baking pan with oil.
- On the other hand, mix both the flours in a bowl and add chopped onions and green chilies.
- Take another bowl and add whole egg, curd, corns, and leftover ingredients and whisk together.
- Mix both the batters to form a thick consistency.
- Now, pour the batter on the baking pan and place in the oven for 20 – 22 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius till the bottom becomes brown in color.
- Serve hot with any Mexican dish.
