Moringa Rice for Postpartum Care

Ingredients
- Moringa leaves- Half cup
- Boiled rice ( preferably Brown rice ) – one cup
- Shallots- 10
- Garlic- 5 cloves
- Jeera – half teaspoon
- Methi seeds – one teaspoon
- Rock salt -qs
- Turmeric powder-qs
- Curry leaves-qs
- Ghee- 2 teaspoon
Method
- To one pan/Kadai add 2 teaspoons of ghee, Jeera, methi seeds and curry leaves
- Stir well
- Add chopped shallots and garlic
- Now add rock salt and turmeric powder
- Saute it for few minutes
- Add moringa leaves and cover it with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Stir in between
- Now add cooked rice to this and mix well
- Cover the pan with a lid and keep it for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
