Multigrain blend kefir pancakes is an amazing breakfast option to kick start your day with. It is a wholesome meal filled with the goodness of Protein and fiber.

Eggs provide us with high biological value protein which helps in building up muscles. They also contain essential omega -3 fatty acids. Multigrain flour is said to have ample health benefits. It is rich in dietary fiber which aids digestion and improves metabolism.
Ingredients –
- 20 grams multigrain flour
- 10 grams yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon plain kefir
- 1/4th teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 5 grams oil

Method –
- Take a large bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, oil, kefir, vanilla essence and honey.
- Then add multigrain flour, baking soda and salt.
- Gently combine by using a cut and fold method.
- Add water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Now take a nonstick pan and pour the batter into it.
- Cook for 2 minutes and then flip when you see bubbles foaming around the edges of pancakes.
- Serve along with fresh fruits.
