Oats Banana Sheera

Oats Banana Sheera is a wholesome twist on the classic Indian dessert, featuring roasted oats, creamy banana, and fragrant cardamom. This naturally sweetened dish provides a warm, comforting experience and makes for a nutritious dessert option.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams rolled oats
- 100 grams mashed banana
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 5-6 raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds and cashews
Procedure:
- Heat ghee in a pan over low-medium heat. Add the oats and roast for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and aromatic.
- Pour in the milk and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the oats soften and the mixture thickens (around 5-7 minutes).
- Add the mashed banana, cardamom powder, and raisins. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the banana blends into the mixture, naturally sweetening the sheera.
- Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped almonds and cashews, and serve warm.
