Oats Bhel

Everybody loves to munch on a bowl of bhel for their snack time. This oats bhel is a great mixture of flavours that makes it a perfect bowl for everyone. Easy to make and carry, this bhel will not let your hunger calls go away.
Nutritional benefits:
Oats being great source of fiber is good for constipation and helps to lower the blood sugar levels. It is filling so helps to loose weight as well. Peanuts on the other hand are good in protein, fiber and healthy fats. All the ingredients have different health benefits.
Ingredients:
- 10 grams rolled oats
- 10 grams poha
- 5 grams oil
- 5 grams peanuts
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 5 grams onion
- 5 grams tomato
- 5 grams pomegranate
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon green chutney

Method:
- Take a pan and dry roast the poha and oats on medium flame for about 5 minutes.
- In a skillet add some oil and peanuts to sauté them for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the oats- poha mixture, turmeric powder and salt. Sauté the mixture for about 3-5 minutes and keep it aside to cool.
- Take a bowl and add oats- poha mixture, peanuts and all the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Toss them well and serve immediately.
