Palak ka shorba

Palak ka shorba is a bowl filled with goodness of spinach and paneer which is a perfect combination for our chapattis.
Nutritional benefits –
Spinach is an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin C and folate. It is also a fair source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2 and on the other hand paneer is rich is calcium and high biological value protein.
Ingredients –
- 40 grams of Spinach
- 20 grams of crumbled paneer
- 1-2 green chillies
- Ginger garlic paste
- 20 grams onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 grams oil

Method –
- Take a sauce pan and heat oil into it. Fry cumin seeds, onion, ginger and garlic paste and bay leaf and green chilies.
- Add chopped spinach along with all the spices into it. Cook until the spinach are half done and blend it into a fine paste.
- Roast this spinach paste and 1 cup add vegetable stock or water and bring it to boil.
- Simmer for few minutes and add salt, black pepper and lime juice as per taste.
- Add crumbled paneer into it. Serve hot.
