Peach Stew

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 300 grams diced peaches
- 200 ml water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Fresh mint leaves
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, combine the diced peaches, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat and bring it to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the peaches are soft and have released their natural juices.
- If the stew is too thick, add a little more water to reach your desired consistency. For a smoother texture, you can mash the peaches with a fork or blend them slightly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled in bowls, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
