Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes are a nutritious and hearty breakfast option, made with oats, Greek yogurt, eggs, and banana. These pancakes are fluffy, naturally sweet, and full of protein and fiber, making them an excellent choice for a balanced start to the day.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams oats
- 2 large eggs
- 60 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 5 grams chia seeds or flaxseeds
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
Procedure:
- In a blender, add oats and blend to make a fine flour.
- Add eggs, Greek yogurt, banana, cinnamon powder, chia seeds, and salt. Blend until smooth and thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form a pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with your favourite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or nut butter.
