Pulpy Plum Drink

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams ripe plums
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 250 ml water
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the chopped plums with water and blend until smooth. You can adjust the water amount for your desired consistency.
- If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp. This step is optional if you like the texture.
- Add the fresh lime juice and sweetener to the plum juice. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pulpy plum drink over the ice. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing taste!
