Roasted Almond Pearls

Roasted Almond Pearls are a crunchy and flavorful snack featuring almonds seasoned with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper. This easy-to-make recipe brings out the natural nuttiness of almonds with a hint of smokiness and spice.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 40 grams almonds
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, toss the almonds with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper until they are well coated.
- Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through for even roasting.
- Allow the almonds to cool completely. Enjoy them as a snack or mix them with salads or yogurt.
