Raw banana is a tasty and healthy ingredient which can be used to make number of food items. Raw banana is highly rich in potassium and dietary fiber. It is recommended for patients having heart problems and for diabetic patients because of the health benefits it provides.
Ingredients
- 20 grams of raw banana
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 spring curry leaves
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 grams of oil

Method:
- Take the raw banana and cut them into medium sized pieces.
- Then take a pressure cooker and cook these raw banana along salt until 1-2 whistle.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, urad dal and wait for them to crackle and dal to turn brown.
- Then add cooked raw bananas along with turmeric and salt as per taste.
- Cook for few minutes until the masala covers the raw banana completely.
- Your roasted raw banana is ready.
