Rosemary Ginger Tea

Rosemary Ginger Tea is a fragrant and invigorating herbal infusion that combines the earthy notes of fresh rosemary with the spicy warmth of ginger. This soothing tea is not only a delight for the senses but also a comforting drink that can be enjoyed at any time of day.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 500 ml water
  • Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)

Procedure:

  • In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add the fresh rosemary sprigs and sliced ginger to the water.
  • Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • After simmering, strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer to remove the rosemary and ginger slices.
  • Garnish with lemon slices if desired, and serve hot.
