Rosemary Ginger Tea

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
- 500 ml water
- Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the fresh rosemary sprigs and sliced ginger to the water.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- After simmering, strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer to remove the rosemary and ginger slices.
- Garnish with lemon slices if desired, and serve hot.
