Barley Mango Salad

This Barley Mango Salad is a vibrant, refreshing blend of textures and flavors. Ingredients:

  • 80 grams cooked barley
  • 150 grams diced ripe mango
  • 50 grams diced cucumber
  • 30 grams diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
