This Cucumber Salad is a light, cooling dish perfect for hot days or as a refreshing side. The crisp cucumber and zesty lemon juice bring out vibrant flavors, while fresh herbs like mint and coriander add an aromatic twist. The optional chaat masala gives it a tangy kick, enhancing the salad’s appeal.

Ingredients:
- 200 grams thinly sliced cucumber
- 50 grams thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala for a tangy twist
Procedure:
- In a bowl, combine the cucumber and red onion slices.
