For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams fresh lychees
- 50 grams diced cucumber
- 30 grams finely sliced red onion
- 30 grams chopped mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
Procedure:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
