Ingredients:
- 200 grams thinly sliced pears
- 50 grams mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- 30 grams toasted and chopped walnuts
- 30 grams crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Procedure:
