Ingredients:

  • 50 grams sprouted fenugreek (methi) seeds
  • 100 grams finely chopped cucumber
  • 50 grams finely chopped tomatoes
  • 20 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 finely chopped green chili
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
