Ingredients:
- 200 grams cooked salmon, flaked
- 150 grams cooked green lentils
- 100 grams halved cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams diced cucumber
- 50 grams finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, cooked lentils, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
