Sattu Blend

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams sattu
- 400 ml chilled water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon regular salt
- 1 green chili
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Procedure:
- In a bowl, add sattu and gradually mix it with chilled water to avoid lumps.
- Add lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, chopped green chili, and coriander leaves. Stir well and serve chilled.
