For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 30 grams sunflower seeds (raw or roasted)
- 30 grams pumpkin seeds
- 20 grams chia seeds
- 20 grams flaxseeds
- 100 grams mixed salad greens (e.g., spinach, arugula, and lettuce)
- 50 grams diced cucumber
- 50 grams diced bell pepper
- 30 grams finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Procedure:
