Caramelized Apple

Ingredients:
- 2 medium sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Procedure:
- In a non-stick skillet, melt the coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add the apple slices to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add sugar, stirring to coat evenly. Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Sauté for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are golden brown and caramelized.
- Serve warm as a dessert topping or enjoy them on their own.
