Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Remove from heat and stir in fresh cilantro. Set aside to cool slightly
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Place a generous amount of the paneer filling in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with a handful of mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, and bell pepper.
- Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.
- If desired, slice the rolls in half diagonally for easier handling.
