Smoky Vegetables is a vibrant and flavorful side dish featuring an assortment of grilled vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams bell peppers (mixed colors), cut into strips
  • 100 grams zucchini, sliced
  • 100 grams broccoli florets
  • 50 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Procedure:

  • In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
