Avocado Deviled Egg

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Boil the eggs.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
- Add the greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper powder to the avocado. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently fold in the egg yolks until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired for extra color and flavor.
