Chickpea & Raw Mango Salad

Ingredients:

  • 60 grams boiled chickpeas
  • 50 grams peeled and diced raw mango
  • 30 grams diced cucumber
  • 20 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 20 grams diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, diced raw mango, cucumber, red onion, tomato, and green chili.
  • Add the roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, and regular salt to the mixture.
