Ingredients:
- 40 grams roasted peanuts
- 10 grams desiccated coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter (unsweetened, homemade)
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder using a food processor or blender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut powder, desiccated coconut (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Add the peanut butter to the mixture and mix well until it forms a sticky dough. If needed, add a teaspoon of ghee to enhance the flavor and help bind the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each portion into round laddoos using your hands.
