Roasted Sesame Carrots are a delightful and nutritious side dish featuring sweet carrot sticks roasted to perfection with a savory sesame twist. Tossed in sesame oil and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper, these carrots are then roasted until tender and caramelized. Finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, this dish offers a crunchy texture and a rich, nutty flavor, making it a flavorful and healthy addition to any meal.

Ingredients:
- 300 grams carrots (peeled and cut into sticks)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Peel and cut the carrots into sticks or rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot sticks with sesame oil until evenly coated. Add sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss well to ensure the carrots are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, tossing halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
