Milagu Kuzhambu, or Pepper Soup, is a traditional South Indian dish known for its warming and invigorating properties. This flavorful soup combines a variety of vegetables with the strong aroma of freshly ground black pepper, making it both comforting and spicy. The tamarind adds a tangy note that balances the heat of the pepper, while the coconut oil gives it a rich texture. This dish is perfect for chilly days or when you’re feeling under the weather, as it’s believed to boost immunity and help clear congestion.
