Spiced Greeny Salad

Spiced Greeny Salad is a fresh and zesty salad that combines crisp greens, creamy avocado, and crunchy cucumber with a flavorful dressing spiced with cumin and paprika. It’s a perfect light and healthy option for a refreshing side or a nutritious main.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
  • 50 grams cucumber, sliced
  • 50 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 grams avocado, diced
  • 30 grams red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Optional: 1 tbsp sunflower seeds or roasted chickpeas for crunch

Procedure:
