Spiced Pear Tea

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe sliced pear
- 500 ml water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 black tea bag
- 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
- Add sliced pear, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ginger to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- If you want a stronger tea flavor, add a black tea bag to the pot and let it steep for 2-3 minutes before removing.
- Strain the tea into cups. Add lemon juice for a zesty touch and honey or your preferred sweetener, if desired.
- Garnish with a slice of pear or a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
