Spicy Pizza Omelette

The Spicy Pizza Omelette combines the flavors of a classic pizza with the simplicity of an omelette, making it a versatile dish perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Loaded with fresh vegetables and seasoned with chili flakes, this omelette is a quick, nutritious meal that satisfies pizza cravings without the carbs.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 40 grams sliced mushrooms
- 40 grams diced tomatoes
- 40 grams chopped bell peppers
- 40 grams chopped onions
- 20 grams corn
- 2 whole eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Procedure:
- Firstly, break the eggs into a bowl and beat.
- Take the sauce pan and heat the oil over medium heat.
- Now pour the eggs on the pan and swirl around the sauce pan.
- Wait for a few minutes. When the top is ready, add the chopped vegetables followed by cheese.
- Sprinkle salt, herbs, pepper and chili flakes as per taste into it.
- Lastly, place the pan under a hot grill and grill until the egg becomes a little crispy underneath. Serve hot.
