This strawberry curd is a creamy, delightful dessert that showcases the natural sweetness and vibrant flavor of strawberries. Blended with yogurt and Greek yogurt, it offers a rich texture while remaining light and nutritious. The addition of dates provides a touch of sweetness without refined sugars, making it a healthy and guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients:
- 200 grams fresh strawberries
- 150 grams plain yogurt
- 50 grams Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 15 grams chopped dates
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, plain yogurt, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon juice, chopped dates, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the texture by adding a little more yogurt if desired.
- Pour the strawberry curd into serving bowls or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. This enhances the flavors and makes it refreshing.
