For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams rolled oats
- 100 grams chopped fresh strawberries
- 120 grams plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
Wash and chop the strawberries.
- If you prefer a smoother blend, you can lightly mash some of the strawberries.
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the oats. Stir in the plain yogurt. If using, add vanilla extract.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to let the oats and chia seeds soak and soften.
- Stir well before serving. You can top with additional strawberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
