This Strawberry Spinach Salad is a delightful combination of fresh, vibrant ingredients that create a harmonious balance of flavors and textures. Ingredients:
- 100 grams washed and dried fresh baby spinach
- 100 grams sliced strawberries
- 1 medium diced avocado (about 150 grams)
- 30 grams roughly chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Start by washing the baby spinach and drying it thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and dice the avocado. Roughly chop the walnuts and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a large salad bowl, add the baby spinach, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, and chopped walnuts.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients without mashing the avocado.
